Trevelin/Los Alerces National Park

Trevelin

The Los Alerces National Park area of Argentina is situated amongst some of the most beautiful and varied landscapes in the region, and the quaint Welsh settlement of Trevelin sits right at its door. This is the location of the exceptionally comfortable lodge which serves as base of operations for these itineraries, at the center of the near-uncountable number of spring creeks, rivers, and lakes which abound in this beautiful area. Our itineraries here generally new water every day individual day of even the longest summer fishing trips.

Most fishing days are a mix of floating and wading, some of which we do on the area’s more famous waters which have long and fabled histories, and some of which is carried out in secret, amongst out of the way nooks in the beautiful valleys that abound between. This trip can be easily combined with our San Martin de los Andes itineraries as well.
